QAre you a factory or trading company?
We are factory which is established in 1998 with more than 300 workers, located in Guangzhou.
QWhat is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500pcs, 3-7 days is standard. For customized models, the delivery date depends on the quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (about 9 containers).
QWhat are the payment and trade terms?
Payment is 40% deposit, and balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT are all welcomed. Generally, we operate under EXW or FOB terms; others can be negotiated.
QWhat is the difference between main rack and add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright frame. The main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while the add-on rack is the continuation rack built with only 1 upright to connect to the main unit.
QWhat should we do if we encounter problems during installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf along with free drawings and video instructions. If needed, our engineers can assist via phone, video call, or arrange on-site technical guidance for large projects.
QWhat are the packaging standards and warranty coverage?
Generally, storage racks are flat packed with air bubble film, with wooden boxes available upon request. All our racking systems are covered by a 3 to 5-year warranty.
