A: We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers located in Guangzhou.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock, and orders under 500 pcs take 3-7 days. For customized models, delivery generally takes 7-15 days depending on quantity. We can complete 9 containers (332 CBM) in 15 days.
Q: What are your payment terms and trade terms?
A: Payment requires a 40% deposit, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery (Credit card/TT/online options are also welcomed). Standard trade terms are EXW or FOB, with other terms open for negotiation.
Q: Can you produce goods in OEM and ODM designs?
A: Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves according to your specific storage rack, pallet rack, or steel pallet requirements.
Q: How is the product packaged for delivery?
A: Generally, storage racks are flat packed using air bubble film. Other protective packaging methods like wooden boxes are available upon client request.
Q: What if we encounter problems or need help during installation?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf, with engineer guidance available via phone or video. For large projects or mezzanine floors, our professional technical staff and installation teams can assist on-site.
