Yes. HEDA Shelves exports racking, shelving and mezzanine systems to all seven Central American countries through main ports such as Puerto Quetzal, Santo Tomás de Castilla, Puerto Cortés, Acajutla, Corinto, Puerto Caldera, Moín, Balboa, Colón and Belize City. Shipments are usually quoted FOB or CIF and every container is packed with a labelled loading list to speed up customs clearance.

Can your racking be designed for earthquake-prone areas in Central America?

Yes. Most of Central America sits on an active seismic belt. Our engineers prepare structural calculations using your load data, floor slab details and the seismic parameters required by your local engineer or building code, and specify upright sections, bracing, base plates and anchors accordingly.

Which surface finish is best for humid or coastal warehouses?

Standard components are pickled, phosphated and electrostatically powder coated for corrosion resistance in tropical humidity. For cold rooms, coastal sites or chemical storage we recommend hot-dip galvanized or enhanced coating options, confirmed during design.

How is installation handled for projects in Central America?

Every order includes installation drawings and component lists. Our team provides remote guidance by video, and on-site installation supervision can be arranged for larger projects.

What information do you need to design a warehouse racking layout?

Send your building length, width and clear height, column positions, pallet size and weight, forklift type and lift height, number of SKUs and expected throughput. With this data we prepare a free CAD layout and 3D rendering.
