Q1
What is the typical load capacity of your light-duty shelving?
Our light-duty shelves are typically designed to carry 100kg to 300kg per level (UDL - Uniformly Distributed Load). If you have higher requirements, we can increase the capacity to 500kg per level by adding reinforcement ribs or using thicker steel.
Q2
Do these shelves require bolts or special tools for assembly?
Most of our light-duty shelving features a boltless structure. This "butterfly hole" or "rivet" design allows you to complete assembly using only a rubber mallet. No bolts or screws are needed, making it ideal for rapid deployment.
Q3
Can the shelf height be adjusted based on the size of the goods?
Yes. There are adjustment holes every 50mm or 75mm on the uprights. You can freely adjust the position of each beam level at these intervals to accommodate the height of your stored items.
Q4
Do you offer steel panels or MDF/wood panels? Which is better?
We offer both. Steel panels are fireproof, durable, and easy to clean, making them suitable for industrial and medical environments. MDF/wood panels are more cost-effective and ideal for dry offices or e-commerce parcel storage.
Q5
Can these units be connected to form a long row?
Yes. You can use a "Main Unit + Add-on Unit" configuration. The add-on unit shares one upright with the main unit, which not only saves costs but also significantly improves the overall stability of a long row of shelving.
Q6
How is the packaging? Is it suitable for e-commerce resale?
We provide flat-packed options. Each set is packed in a reinforced export carton with internal foam protection. The compact size makes it very convenient for transport and ideal for e-commerce customers to drop-ship directly to end-users.
