Radio Shuttle Racking System is a high-density storage system. The shuttle cart, which is controlled by a wireless remote, takes the pallets in and out of the racking system. The forklift does not need to enter the storage area. The first pallet's location at either end is where the forklift loads and unloads the goods.
The system effectively maximizes warehouse volume and achieves both FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FILO (First-In, Last-Out) operational modes.
Optimizes vertical and floor space by reducing aisle requirements.
Seamless shuttle cart dispatching with zero aisle entry for forklifts.
Flexible warehouse configuration suited for varying turnover cycles.

The Radio Shuttle System utilizes an independently powered shuttle cart guided by high-precision rails inside storage channels. Operators dispatch movement commands via wireless remote control. Forklifts place pallets at the entrance of the channel without needing to drive inside the racking, significantly increasing turnaround efficiency and warehouse safety.
Yes. The system is fully versatile and can be engineered to support First-In, First-Out (FIFO) when lanes have loading and unloading access at opposite ends, or First-In, Last-Out (FILO) when goods are handled from a single operating aisle.
The weight capacity ranges from 500 kg to 5,000 kg per pallet position based on structural engineering requirements. Racks are fabricated using premium certified high-strength steel grades including Q235B, Q235D, and Q355D with electrostatic powder-coated finishing.
Yes, custom engineering is standard. Rack height, bay width, lane depth, and powder coating colors can all be customized according to your warehouse space, pallet dimensions, and operational demands.
OEM service is fully supported to meet custom branding and architectural specifications. Component samples are available upon request, with standard delivery and freight costs covered by the buyer.
All manufacturing processes and products comply rigorously with international safety and quality standards, backed by CE and ISO9001 certifications.
