Q Does DONGJIAN have an MOQ limit and how are tooling fees handled?
MOQ Policy: There is no strict MOQ limitation. However, pricing is volume-dependent. We recommend ordering at least one 20ft container (approx. 15 tons) for regular products to maximize shipping efficiency.
Tooling / Mold Fees: For custom molds, tooling fees are paid prior to initial production and will be partially or fully refunded once orders reach designated volume thresholds.
