Q1Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
Q2Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
Q3What is your delivery time?
In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
Q4What is the payment term?
Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
Q5How can I install the racks?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also arrange engineers to guide you for free.
Q6What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the uprights. A main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, and an add-on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 wall racks in a row, the setup will consist of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
